Adrienne Muir is the Chief Operating Officer at VoxSmart, leading communications surveillance technology provider. She has over 20 years’ market experience working for Exchanges and Financial Technology providers with an emphasis on Markets Infrastructure, Business operations, Technical Delivery and People Management. Adrienne has held a number of senior positions globally at LIFFE, New Zealand Exchange (NZX), Trayport Ltd and the London Stock Exchange. She is also Non-Executive Director at The International Stock Exchange (TISEA). As Chief Operating Officer, Adrienne has experience and accountability in all areas of business with oversight across several areas, including Finance, Business & Product Development, Client services & Technical Delivery, and Organisational Development
Adrienne has a real passion for Women in business and believes that natural instincts and aptitude are not tapped into enough when it comes to promoting Women in the workplace. She leads from the front and often found mentoring and coaching at work or after hours helping share her experiences with others. To complement her experience, Adrienne has a Post-graduate degree in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change at Bedfordshire University and is a founding Director and Chair of Women in Listed Derivatives (WILD UK).
